I purchased this bullet feed die because I was having problems with my Hornady die. This thing works perfectly when setup correctly. When I need another bullet feed die it will be a Mr. Bullet Feeder die.

The "DAA Die Assembly" (in 9mm) is well made and works flawlessly on my XL750. I will picking up the 40 S&W and 45 ACP versions soon.

I have always been an RCBS and Hornady machine user, just what I started with and have gotten comfortable. As such I didn't often venture too far from RCBS, LEE, Hornady or Redding for my dies and accessories. After spending $200 on failed bullet feeders from RCBS and Hornady I stumbled on Mr Bullet in a Dillon thread and boy am I glad that I did. I now have all four or my progressive presses setup running Mr Bullet and it NEVER fails. The worst that will happen is a double drop and a simply raise of the die will resolve this for good. This can happen if you set with just a few bullets and then run a complete tube in production mode. The design is so simple but so very effective. A spring is a good add and helps it return each time. I use a 2" long x 1/8" diameter fairly week spring connected at both ends on the retainer clip stretched downward onto a short machine screw threaded into the side of an RCBS lock nut threaded onto the die above the original that locks to the die plate. Super simple, clean and does the job. Mr Bullet has an add-on that is dual spring and probably better as it would apply even pressure on the inner die tube. I especially love how I can easily switch over calibers and run the same bullet drop die especially with the 9mm, 380, 38s and 357 mag. The dies are very reasonably priced so having one for everything you do is not a problem. And you don't need a bullet tube array for everything you do just move it around as needed if you run multiple setups as I do. 100% support for Mr BulletFeeder. What a great product.

I'm placing them on my Dillon tool heads and using the feeding tubes for the bullets. One for 38 super comp. One for standard 38 super. Two for 9mm. One for 40 s&w.

Purchased the 9mm/38S, the .40SW and the .45 have only had the opportunity to use the 9mm/38S model so far. Each size is identical with the exception of the inside tube's ID it seems to me. Once installed and adjusted properly, the 9mm performed flawlessly. Am very satisfied with this MBF product. DAA's rapid restocking and shipping was excellent as well.

Haven't used the bullet feeders before , so I bought the feeder die to try and it works better than I expected. Was easy to set up and just sets a single bullet on the case .

I added this to my Dillon RL1100 and it works great. It's much easier for me to drop the bullets into the top of the die then set each one on the case. The die will hold three or four bullets (9 mm) so it does speed things up. I just ordered the mini feeder to go with the die.

By far the most reliable, trouble-free bullet feeding die I have used. I struggled regularly with the Hornady bullet feeding die, so was prepared to do battle with DAA's die to get it to work. I had problems initially, but then actually took a couple of minutes to read the instructions. Once I followed the simple set-up process, the die began working without issue.
The one caveat I would offer - the die is made of aluminum, so be gentle with it. It is certainly robust enough to do its job, but do be careful installing it (as you should with all dies, really).

Excellent product, works well, easy to adjust. Will work alone or with other multiple bullet feed devices. There will be problems with XL750 machines; the Dillon powder measure charge bar is too long and no small bar has been developed to throw over 20-21 grains of powder. Beyond that, this is a very handy device.

This works like a charm with one exception...when reloading lead cowboy action bullets which have a lot of lube on them, this will need to be removed periodically and cleaned or it will drop multiple bullets.
For 9mm copper jacketed, it functions perfectly every time.

These are the best bullet feeder dies made, put all else to shame. I've used these hundreds of times without 1 mix, have all 3 calibers.

These bullet feed dies are the best made! Easily drops lead and jacketed bullets without issue. I've tried the Lee, RCBS, and Hornady systems, and all have problems. Save yourself time and $$, just purchase the MBF dies.
