This commercial-grade, industrial-strength, Electric-Drive RollSizer will meet and exceed the needs of any shooter, club or commercial reloader. The powerful Air-cooled AC motor, and over-sized gearbox mount directly to the sizing disc and base, ensure power and accuracy in abundance. The hardened all-steel construction provides an almost limitless lifespan and will offer you many years of reliable service.

The RollSizer will effectively remove that bulge so often found on the lower third of a fired cases, bringing your range-brass back to spec when combined with standard reloading dies. Bulgy brass will reload again like new, and will fit the ammo gauges once loaded, providing you once again with reliable worry-free, competition-ready ammo.

Caliber changes are completed in a matter of seconds by simply changing out the center disc thereby changing the size of the sizing slot (and in some cases the feed tube and activation lever must be changed too). The output speed of the machine (up to over 6100!!! Rounds per hour) can be adjusted by adding or removing the activation bolts from the discs, to match the feed speed of your case feeder.

You can hook up the ROLLSIZER to your current case feeder, without removing it from your reloading press, using the included long PVC pipe. Or, set up your ROLLSIZER with a  dedicated case feeder (not included), placing it on the provided steel bracket, for a compact stand-alone workstation.

This is a Rollsizer base unit only, without the caliber conversion kit or drop tube.

Last Saturday (12/3/2022) I received my commercial sized rollsizer that I purchased from the DoubleAlpha Academy. I set it up this morning (Monday) and started rollsizing my 9mm cases. I am using my rollsizer with my Dillon Case Feeder, newer model, that is a variable speed unit, equipped with a DoubleAlpha Turbo Case Feeder Plate. The DoubleAlpha case feeder plate, I find is superior to Dillon's.
The setup process was fairly easy and I had a few problems with the case feeder assembly (my ignorance) . One I got it adjusted properly the machine ran well, like a fine greased machine. What a piece of fine machining this device is. It appears to be bullet proof and is solid as a rock.
One I got it dialed in properly I processed 1,700 rounds of 9mm in 12 minutes. I started out with a slow speed rate on the rollsizer, two screws, the Dillon case feeder had no problem keeping up. I then increased it to 4 then all 6. The Dillon case feeder with the DoubleAlpha turbo plate had no problem supplying the cleaned 9mm cases.
Thanks for a great product that works well and is built like a tank.
A optional case counter would be nice.

No reloading die can get at those base bulges and thus historically people have been very precious about what brass they pick up on range and how many times it has been reloaded. Now there is no need to be. New old, shiny or dull this machine brings the brass back to spec and means you can have confidence that your reloads will chamber and the gun will cycle flawlessly. Do you absolutely need a rollsizer? No. Would you be crazy not to have one? Absolutely! Life is too short, don’t be a cheap arse with a gun that keeps jamming and don’t be the guy that’s spends more time drop testing ammo than actually shooting, just go buy a rollsizer. After a Dillon press it’s the best investment you’ll ever make in your shooting.
