I purchased this so I could set a powder charge for a specific caliber and leave it. This is the second one I have purchased and I plan on purchasing at least one more so that I can have one’s dedicated to 9mm and 223 Rem and one for pistol and one for rifle that aren’t dedicated.

I have purchased 1 additional powder measure system for my 550c, right now I have one set with a large powder bar for rifle loads and one with a small powder bar for pistol loads, I’m looking to add a third one so I can leave my 223 and 9mm powder throws alone since I use them so much. Description:

The Dillon Precision Powder Measure for the RL 550 Series and XL 650/750 Reloading Machines have accurate, reliable and repeatable performance each and every handle stroke.  Accuracy down to +/- .10 of a grain, making this suitable precision rifle and handgun loading.

A key feature of powder measure is that it is case activated and will only drop powder if a case is present. This is very helpful when setting up the press, allowing for minimal powder spills during the setup. The powder failsafe system is standard on all Dillon powder measures and will make sure the powder slide moves fully, not allowing partial powder charges.

The robust design will ensure it is a companion on your reloading bench for years to come.
