Good replacement for the OEM ear pads that came with my Peltor Sport-Tac (no problems with the installation).
Fits better around the ear (more room) and works also with glasses.
The shipment was okay (took around a week).

Delivery took a couple of weeks, but this Covid thing is causing all sorts of mail mayhem and Double Alpha responded very quickly to my emailed concern.

The earpads themselves seem really nice so far. They were very easy to swap in - once I worked out the best angle to click out the originals...

These are dope. When you replace the cups be sure you keep all the factory foam in place even if it's tougher to get the cups to click in place. I'm not sure what the NRR is now but it's probably closer to 28-30NRR now. I'll buy them for all my earpro from now on.

Very well fitting to Peltor Comtac XP´s. Highly recommended. Tip: To remove the old pads crab the cushion from inside the cup on the longer side of the oval. They pop out easily. If one tries to take them out from either end of the oval they will not move at all.

Over the years I have heard how great gel ear cups are, I will say they were all correct.

Needing to replace the ear cups the DAA cups are worth every penny.

The DAA Silicone Gel Replacement Ear Pads are a set which includes two silicon ear pads and 2 new foam insulation cushions. Models are available to fit the line of MSA Sordin Electronic ear defenders, and an additional model designed to fit the 3M Peltor ear defenders.

The Peltor model has been tested and found to perfectly fit on the Sportac, WS Sportac, Protac III, Sport Tactical 100 and the X4A passive.

The DAA Silicone Gel Replacement Ear Pads greatly improve both the comfort and performance of your current pair of ear defenders. The Silicone in the pads is in a gel state, which ensures no leakage, even if the tough outer layer is somehow punctured. The pads slightly increase the space available for the ear, improving comfort of wear over long periods. The gel pads better molds themselves to the shape of your head, and seals perfectly around the side-arms of your safety glasses to ensure improved comfort levels when compared to your normal foam/robber/plastic pads.

The two models available are precisely engineers to easily, but firmly click into place onto the ear defenders and stay put. The gel portion of the pads is welded (not glued) to the sturdy plastic base, ensuring that it will never separate or come loose, even if you leave them in a hot car for a week.

The DAA Silicone Gel Replacement Ear Pads will improve the performance and comfort of wear of any Sordin or Peltor model set, and serve you well for years.

They were very easy to swap in - once I worked out the best angle to click out the originals (which it's necessary to learn anyway, for maintenance purposes). The Double Alpha earpads are more comfortable than the originals, with more room for my ears, and they mould better if the user is wearing glasses. I have no measuring equipment but performance of the muffs appears no worse, and may even be better (due to better fit).

Having had the DAA earpads only for a short time so far, I cannot comment objectively on their longevity, but they seem well made and I see no reason why they should give problems.

If my experience changes, I will endeavour to update my review.
