All CEK hanging bags come flat packed (empty) for cost savings in both product and shipping. The top of the bag opens completely for easy fill. We recommend old rags / clothing or strips of fabric to be used for fill. We do not recommend sand! It becomes too heavy for normal use and settles too hard at the bottom of the bag, which in turn can cause injury to the user if kicked incorrectly. All CEK Hanging Bags come complete with chain set.
