Zachary (Zac) Catella, from Burton, Ohio, USA, is a college student who has been shooting in competition since he was eleven. He had been practicing and learning the basics of safe gun handling for some time before that with his father. Zac started shooting steel competitively at the STI / American Handgunner World shootoff, where previously, he was a “brass rat” volunteer for several years. He currently shoots IPSC/USPSA at local club matches and has shot several major run-and-gun events. Additionally, Zac shoots .223 and .308 match rifles, with an eye towards 3-gun competitions. Zac likes to scuba dive, program computers, and was a member of his high school’s marching band for years. Competitive Edge Dynamics is proud to have Zac as part of the CED Junior Team!
